The staff was genuinely caring and attentive to our needs.
Our room was disgusting. There were pee stains all over the floor, and the towels were not restocked. The sheets on the bed looked like they hadn't been changed, unacceptable. The laundry facilities were broken.

When I am in El Reno, I like staying here. This brand-new hotel offers a wide range of spotless rooms. The venue is situated in the central location in the middle of jackson. Also it is next to El Reno. The hotel's staff is friendly and helpful.

Woke up each morning to a diverse breakfast that fueled our adventures. The staff genuinely cared for our needs and offered thoughtful snacks upon check-out.
The indoor heated pool wasn't as warm as expected, which dimmed our enthusiasm for a late-night swim. Still, we made the best of it.

Spacious Rooms and Great Breakfast Variety
The daily breakfast options were diverse, including turkey sausage and fresh fruit, a great way to kickstart each day. The staff's attentive service added to the overall experience, our needs were met promptly. The air conditioning in my room could have been more effective, as it took some time to achieve a comfortable temperature.

The Home2 Suites By Hilton offered excellent facilities for business travelers, including a well-equipped business center that allowed me to print and prepare my reports efficiently. The fitness center was open 24/7. Each morning, the hotel provided a substantial breakfast with options such as turkey sausage and a selection of fresh fruits, ideal for starting my day right.
The indoor pool was not as inviting due to cooler water temperatures.

The room size was excellent, providing ample space for our family. We appreciated the kitchen setup. We encountered cleanliness issues. Dog food pellets and a dirty spoon were found in the sink upon arrival. The shower needed attention, showing signs of neglect. We had one bath towel and no wash cloths, not enough for a family. The bright morning light from the high window disrupted our sleep well before we were ready. Breakfast options didn't excite us, most items felt old and didn't taste fresh.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a comfortable bed, all located centrally in the middle of Jackson next to here.
